In the heart of Brooklyn, Deity’s in-house catering is led by Chef Nicholas Porcelli. Having cut his teeth in some of NYC’s finest kitchens, from Le Bernadin to Rouge Tomate to Momofuku, Chef Porcelli’s versatile cooking style reflects his training in Asian, new American, and classical French cuisines, with a focus on local ingredients.
In addition to his decade in the NYC restaurant scene, Nicholas is a seasoned food stylist and has also contributed to a number of books, including Knives & Ink.
Most notably, Chef Porcelli has held tenure with some of the most elite caterers in Manhattan and the Hamptons, bringing polish and expertise to events of any size. As Deity’s Executive Chef, his sophistication, skill, creativity, and attention to quality culminate in a memorable, top-notch dining experience.
With the help of Chef Porcelli, Deity created menus for all types of events in NYC.
